Some of the best properties are relatively small. Massachusetts hunting regulations require any hunter to be 150 feet (50 yards) away from a street and 500 feet (~167 yards) from a dwelling without permission from the property owner. With permission, the 500 foot requirement is removed. This makes the majority of properties accessible with permission. In some cases, we will also seek to gain permission from your neighbors too.
In general, bow hunting rarely occurs at a distance greater than 30 yards.
Yes, we have Massachusetts hunting licenses permitting the harvest of antlered or anterless deer.

Additionally, male deer (bucks) shed their antlers between January and March and the spring months can be a great time for walking the property and searching for any shed antlers.
